Shipping:
Free Shipping is available to all of our retail customers residing within the European Union and does not apply to international orders or wholesale purchases. Orders that qualify for free shipping (when you spend £2000 or more) will be sent via Business Post.
Please note: Deliveries can be delayed. Colour Graphics will not be held responsible for goods not being delivered or arriving on time due to matters which are out of our control.

Returns
Full refunds will only be given for damaged, defective or not as described goods. Any other returns ie. not required, will incure a return delivery cost & 10% re-stocking charge.

Validity
These terms and conditions govern Colour Graphics in the the sale and supply of goods to the customer. Colour Graphics reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time by updating the website and the customer is bound by any modifications or revisions. Contract with the Customer The contract between Colour Graphics and the customer begins upon acceptance of the customers order upon receipt of payment. Colour Graphics reserve the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on the website.

Pricing and Availability
All prices are quoted in £ Sterling (GBP)& Euros if selected from the currency box. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Electron, Switch/Maestro/Solo and all payments are made through our secure Barclays EPDQ online payment server. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable the customer will be notified be email prior to dispatch. Dispatch of goods constitutes fulfilment of contract. Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Warranty If the goods delivered are not what was ordered, are an incorrect quantity or are defective, Colour Graphics will, if the customer contacts us within 24 hours, either provide a refund or exchange. Please contact us.
